How you may use the site

The library is free to read. You can search it, filter it, print a page for your own counter or send a link to a friend. Personal cooking, teaching and reference use without a commercial purpose are all fine.

Who owns the content

Unless a page says otherwise, the recipes, written walkthroughs and original photographs belong to Mamiagency. Please do not copy large parts of the text or pictures onto another site or into a publication under your own name without asking first. A short quotation that credits the source and links back is welcome.

No guarantees

Recipes and walkthroughs are offered for information and for cooking. We test the methods and check the historical and regional statements with care, but ingredients, equipment and your own handling affect the outcome, so nobody can promise a particular result in your kitchen. The Disclaimer covers this further, including safe handling of food.

By submitting the Contact or Corrections form you agree that your message will not be unlawful, abusive or knowingly untrue, and that the details in it are yours to share.

A page may point to external references, such as a book or a historical article. Mamiagency does not answer for the content or the accuracy of those websites.
